Welcome to Magnolia
Located on a peninsula west of Queen Anne Hill‚ south of the Ballard Locks‚ and only minutes from downtown Seattle‚ Magnolia with its natural boundaries has a special feeling of being an island. Accessible by three bridges‚ Magnolia is a special place to live and visit‚ yet it still retains a small town atmosphere where you can easily get to know your neighbors. [more]
The Magnolia neighborhood of Seattle has a remarkable and unique business district. The center is known as the ‘village’ and is home to some of Seattle’s top award winning restaurants and coffee shops, well known specialty shops and professional services. The outer rim of this unique island-like neighborhood is home to marine business and borders the Fisherman’s Terminal with docks for the fishing industry. Additionally, there are a number of other great businesses in various commercial areas throughout magnolia.
We are a group working to build a united, vibrant business community by enhancing our visibility and promoting our unique mix of enterprises to attract and engage the public.
